We hold our trainers to the highest standards of excellence and require them to complete a new certification annually.

New equipment this past year are the Fit3d body scanner and four different heart rate sensors from Polar. The Fit3d is able to give comprehensive assessments by taking numerous measurements and providing reports for posture analysis, body composition, body shape wellness, weight, and more. Clients can even purchase customized products and services based on measurements and data from scans. State-of-the-art heart rate sensors from Polar offer the flexibility of advanced running metrics, GPS technology, and a virtual training partner who for those who demand more. At Kicked Up Fitness, you can enjoy the flexibility of coming in for open gym, purchasing training sessions in blocks of 10, 20 or 40 sessions, or obtaining a one-month, six-month, or one-year membership.
